Qualifications – Bachelor of Science (Medicine), Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (Hons UNSW), Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FAFOM RACP), Postgraduate Diploma in Aviation Medicine, University of Otago NZ, Graduate Certificate of Occupational Health, Monash University,WorkCover Authorised Medical Practitioner, WorkCover Accredited Injury Management Consultant (IMC), Accredited to perform Rail medical assessments

Experience – Extensive experience in Fitness for Work Assessments (work related and non-work related medical conditions); all aspects of Injury Management and rehabilitation in the workplace (private and public sectors); Pre-employment Assessments, Musculoskeletal Medicine, Travel medicine and work-related immunisation, Assessments of, and issues related to, Commercial Vehicle Drivers and Rail Workers. Experience in the development and implementation of occupational health surveillance programs and health promotion programs. Experience in risk communication with employers and employees. Workplace assessments. Primary care of work-related injuries and illnesses. Solid background in hospital-based medicine for 6 years, prior to commencing work in occupational medicine in 2001.
